Reflections on what you see

There is an interesting story in II Kings 6:8-20. We read of the encounter of the prophet Elisha with the Syrian army. The background to this story is that the king of Syria had ordered his army to arrest prophet Elisha on the grounds of espionage. The troop sent by the Syrian king had moved in over the night and surrounded the town where the prophet dwelt.  By the time the servant of the prophet was up in the morning he observed that the troop from the Syrian army had surrounded their dwelling place. This fellow was so afraid and terrified that he immediately notified his master about the situation. Now, here's where the story gets really interesting, by the time prophet Elisha was informed about the situation and he saw the great army that had surrounded them, he was not even moved. He immediately knew that the reason this servant was afraid was because he was limited in his vision.
