  The seed defines a new beginning, and the potential for greatness. In Mark 4:30-32, Jesus describes the kingdom of God as a small seed which is sown in the ground. The system of God gives credence to the seed principle, so we can clearly say that God’s default system of birthing anything great is to begin with a seed. However, there are challenges that the seed bearer must overcome to allow the seed realize its full potential. For most people, the biggest of these challenges is not; trying to recognize the seed, or paying close enough attention to prevent the seed from getting lost after recognizing it; the biggest challenge is keeping the seed planted in the ground. This sounds like it shouldn’t have been a challenge at all, but it is.   In recent times, I am beginning to understand better that the things that happen to us in life, and how we choose to respond is a function of our perspective of God, and on the issues. It means that for you as a believer, your perspective of God determines how your life will eventually play out. If your perspective of God is not consistent with the word, then you will have varying expectations of God, like thinking that sometimes He may come through for you, and at other times He may not. Having the correct perspective means that you understand that the nature and character of God is consistent with the Word, and it cannot be otherwise. Taking a look at the story of the twelve spies that Moses sent out to spy out the land of Canaan, those were actually leaders of the people, but the men had different perspectives from each other.   Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me. Ps. 31:2 (KJV). Supernatural intervention is about a daily occurrence in the lives of God’s children. Many of these interventions are almost unnoticeable, while a few others may be. Now, there are various situations that you may find yourself that warrant supernatural intervention. In some of these situations, you really expect that the intervention will come, probably because you feel that God is obligated to intervene on your behalf. One of such instance as we see from scriptures is the story of Peter in Acts 12. Peter was imprisoned and the authorities intended to put him to death like they did to James. Peter was not put in prison because of something wrong that he did, but because of the gospel, so you would expect that God would intervene. Another case is that of Paul and Silas in Acts 16. She had been spending time in prayer on a particular day, and something dropped in her mind, it was not something good. Her initial confusion was that since it dropped in her mind while she was praying, then it probably was from God. Sometimes, it looks so normal and ordinary that you may be tempted to take it for granted. In addition, as Kenneth E. Hagin said, “unless you keep a tender conscience, spiritual things will be indistinct to you.” The sure path to keeping a tender conscience is to ensure to avoid violating your conscience. The fact that people try to seek guidance tells a lot about how man inherently desires to be led. This in it self isn’t bad, but the problem arises when we turn to the wrong places for guidance.   Man is a spirit that has a soul and lives in a body; with the spirit man makes contact with the spirit realm, with the soul man make contact with the soulish and intellectual realm, and with the body man makes contact with the physical realm. (KJV)   Sometimes you may wonder why it appears like so many Christians are evangelizing, but not many people are being converted to the same degree, or you personally may have been evangelizing, and wondering why you aren’t getting people converted as you ought. Well, the answer is not far fetched, as we will explore in this piece.   Jesus before His departure had instructed His disciples to go and evangelize to all nations, but further down the line as revealed in our text, He said they should tarry to receive power through the infilling of the Holy Spirit, so that they can be His Witnesses even to the uttermost part of the earth.
