Getting your confessions to work for you

Making confessions is one of the ways by which you as a believer can translate your legal realities into vital realities in this earth realm, but except you understand the very basics of confession, these realities will continue to elude you. The confession of your faith is not an end in itself, it is simply a means to an end. The goal of your confession is first to bring you to the realm where the exercise of your faith becomes an unconscious process as you get your thoughts to align with whatever it is you are confessing, and secondly, to give voice to your faith as a testimony of victory before heaven and before hell with respect to where you stand regarding the situation you are confronted with. The point at which many believers miss it with respect to their confession of faith is that they think that what they are confessing will only come to pass if they are able to confess it long and fast enough. This is a wrong thought and will usually lead to a frustrating experience bec...

What Happened From the Cross to the Throne – PART 2

Now look at this. Jesus at the Garden of Gethsemane knows what’s fixing to take place. The sin of the world was not laid upon Him. The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 that “He who knew no sin was made to be sin for us; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.” He Who knew no sin was made to be sin. He did the same thing that Adam did in the Garden of Eden! He made Himself obedient to death and put Himself into the hands of God’s enemy, Satan. Only He did it—He committed this act not by treason, but by choice. He did it in order to pay the price for Adam’s treason. He put Himself and made Himself obedient unto death, and the same thing happened to Him that happened to Adam—spiritual death! Now, listen. If it had been a physical death only, it wouldn’t have worked. And if He hadn’t died spiritually, that body never would have died. Now, I’m going to prove it to you out of the Word of God. Do you remember what the Bible says? Paul’s writing to Timothy, and he te...

What Happened From the Cross to the Throne – PART 1

I want to show you some things from the Word of God that, in my estimation and opinion, are the most fascinating things in the whole Bible. It’s hardly talked about and almost nonexistent in traditional church teaching. I’ll never understand why. I guess because it’s been covered up and hidden in tradition. The thing that’s necessary for the life of a Christian is knowledge of what happened from the cross to the throne. What took place in those three days and three nights? The death of Jesus Christ was not a physical death alone! If it had only been a physical death, Abel would have paid the price for the sins of mankind. He’s the first man that died because of honoring God and His Word. He was the first man that God dealt with in a prophetic manner after the fall of mankind. Every prophet that walked the face of the earth under the Abrahamic Covenant could have paid the price if it were a physical death only. We, as Christians, are talking about eternal life. We’re talking about ...

Redemption Story

Man sold himself out to the devil making himself a bond slave and that slavery will last until the lease or period of man’s dominion expires. God must in some way redeem fallen man from his sin and Satan’s dominion. He must do it in such a way as not to be unjust to Satan nor unjust to man. God must recognise and hold inviolate man’s treacherous act of transference of dominion. It was a legal act and God has no right to arbitrarily annul it. He must show Satan perfect justice at all points, and at same time He must reach man in his helplessness and redeem him. In order to do this, it is necessary that one comes to the earth who is not a subject of Satan and yet a man, and as a man meet every demand for justice against man. In order to accomplish this, there must be an incarnation. This incarnate one must not be a subject of Satan, nor a subject of death, and to this end, God sends the Holy Spirit to a virgin in Judah and she conceives and bears a son. This son is bor...
