In the first part of this series, we established that this is one of the most frequently asked questions among people of faith. Why does it seem as if after doing all you know to do, or all that you have learnt on faith, some things still just refuse to work out? Like I said in the first part, this is not an attempt to possibly answer all your faith questions, but to give some insights that may be helpful in your quest to find answers to those deep questions of your heart. Well, the challenges of life come to us all, and if you have lived long enough as a believer, then you must have caught yourself asking this question either to yourself or to someone you think is in a position to help you strengthen things out. If you have lived long enough, you would have observed that from time to time, there is always a new trend. The trend could be in any area of life such as; ministry, business or money making, relationships, family organization, work, and so on. These trends will always come and go after sometime, then a new trend will surface again, and so goes the cycle.  Interestingly, some trends are good, and some aren’t so good, but as a believer, you should learn to follow your heart and not the trend. Many times, when we discuss the power of praise and how potent a weapon it is to the believer, we fail to recognize that praise itself doesn’t stand alone. We often discuss praise as a last card, it is almost as though when you have done everything you can; prayed and fasted, and you still don’t get any result, then you should switch to praise, and you will automatically get your desired result. We know well enough that praise is a powerful weapon, but how does it work really? One of the scriptures that really reinforces the position of praise is the story of Paul and Silas in Acts of Apostles 16. These men of God had been locked up in jail, and the scripture records that they sang praises to God at midnight, and other prisoners heard them.
